I am looking for a job in Telecom area - Managing,Implementation,Commissioning,Supervising,Troubleshooting,Installation and Maintenance with various types of equipment - GSM/UMTS,Wireless solutions,SDH/DWDM,Micro Wave and IT networks.It'd be preffered.These are my main responsibilities. I am also looking for a job in Electricity, Mechanic(in connection with my basic education – Automobile Production and Construction),Logistics,Warehousing,Site Acquisition and Site Survey because I have expirience in above-listed areas in my occupation. Assistant,Deputy,Engineer positions in any fields are also acceptable. What nationality are you? Russian What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I am looking for some position at Kandahar Airfield,Afghanistan.I really want to work there.I am strongly looking for a new experience and want to do a part to support the soldiers and civilians here. I'd like to be useful for this friendly team and be a member of it. It's the best place for my possibility to be useful, to help in something that people who live there and if it's necessary to undergo many severe trials.I agree for it.I don't care that it's dangerous place.I really want to work at Kandahar Airbase.I don't have a big interest in money.It's less important. I think that both formal education and skills are required.We need to get theoretical knowledge in any case.We must have formal education in one or several fields.But we can't forget that skills and experience are integral part of our working life.Theory and skills are inseparable. We may know something in theory but we can't do it in practice.And vice versa.These are facts of life. Describe the benefits of working with others Communication,to be useful for somebody,giving support and help for somebody Collegues and mates are very important in our work.They are society in our small world in the work. We are a part of it. When we have some troubles we might get some advices from them and find better way for solving our problems.We get great support from them.And we can support somebody.It's great if we work in big and friendly team!!! Describe the benefits of working alone Working without distract attention,silence,concentration. If only someone prefer work with this conditions.We are so different. Somebody wouldn't. I am flexible and it doesn't matter where I'm gonna work. What was your worst working experience? I don't have any What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Don't forget to be useful and helpful for surrounding people! When you are coming into office(or any) first time you might know nothing or a little.But there are good people who help you.You must be thankful. You get knowledges and skills.Don't forget to share experiences and skills with new staff or who need it! What unique skills do you have? I am fast learner. I studied at Automobile & Road Institute.After that I became a mounter in Telecom area.I had got excelent experience in Equpment and Hardware(a lot of types)Installation before I became an Engineer/Supervisor.It took a several(5) months.It's a great hardworking and huge willing to know and learn more!!!I had took a lot of trainings in telecom,safety technique,engineering areas before I achieved better knowledges and skills.In present time I am certified specialist(TI/Field Engineer/Supervisor) in Telecom and attendant areas in big International Company.My ability to get maximal results for new occupation or responsibilities as soon as possible is my unique skill. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? At this time I dream about work in KAF. It doesn't matter what responsibilities might be there. It's my better wish. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? An usual subcontractor employee's responsibilities - A lot of directions(Telecom,Electricity,Logistics,Warehouse issues etc.).It's interesting to get more experience in several areas. Planning and Implementation work.There is nothing good then you've planed some work and you got success after. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I have no least aspects in my occupation. Why would you like to work in Kandahar Airfield? I'd like to be useful and helpful.The KAF is the best place for it.
