Formal education or skills and why? I value both formal education and skills. They both are important to be a good member of any institutions. Describe the benefits of working with others Through working with others, we can learn the spirit of teamwork, unity, respect, trust and cooperation. Furthermore, the more we work with others, we can learn a lot from them, their experiences.Finally we can understand more people's behavior by learning to accept the differences of one another. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone can make you focused more on the job. What was your worst working experience? So far, I haven't had any worst experience yet. There may be some hard parts yet I felt so grateful for those experiences because the feeling of self-fulfilment after achieving a hard task is so priceless. I feel so great after I survive a great challenge. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learned that the keys to a great performancein in any work, in any given situation or field are passion and love.That is to say that if we love and we have passion for what we do, we can always give our best no matter how demanding the situation is. What unique skills do you have? I think my being intuitive attitude helps me to get along well with others easily. One skill that is visible to is my speaking power. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is to be in the field of marketing/ lecturing/ teaching because I think life is more meaningful when you are working with people, and when touch their lives and you have a good relationship with them by sharing what you have and learning from them in return. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting thing is you will understand the world of business and commerce...considering the fact that business happens everywhere. It exist everywhere..whatever the field is..business exists. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
