Vanuatu- I've heard with my friend that it is a nice place to work here. she said that it is like a version of Hawaii but not as crowded or as popular and upon searching thru the internet it is quite interesting although i have not watch the survivor Vanuatu,I think its a nice and challenging place to be a part of the series.

I'm a graduate of Business Administration Major in Marketing, I have work with an international company as a Business Development Officer under Philippine Seven Corporation commonly known as 7-eleven convenience store and Mister Donut Philippines as the name implies.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
at these days, skills are more practical, you tend to think outside the box and the possibility of discovering other techniques that are not thought in the school. Having a formal education gives you the edge in climbing the corporate ladder quickly but with experience gained by a skilled worker it pays to have experience.

working with others gives you a chance to be part of the team, you can share ideas that will make the tasks easier creating a harmonious relationship with your officemate be it the top management or the rank and file
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
i have learn the concept of "give and take". you do the best in every task that is assigned to you and you will be rewarded.
