Intended to be in my Country Vanuatu, because Ive been working in a college library( Matevulu College) for ten years and found the need of students and teachers, especially for their learning resources. when there's no internet and doesn't aware of any change happening in the world in Modern technology and how to find information. Formal education is to support and Achieving high level of education, Know the Needs of people in the community, and working together to achieve excellence and well quality education for better quality region and people. Skills required effective and excellence work, People gain skills from their working experience. and sometimes skills are unique that rare to find them around. What was your worst working experience? When I take my problems and my needs to my Boss and doesn't realize the importance of it.
