I am considering Vanuatu as a place/area or city to work on my abilities and skills. I find this place/ island very interesting to work with, warm people, simple culture and the fact that I'm an Island fanatic, so I'd be honored to be given an opportunity to work and share my talents and skills in any given field of any company located in Vanuatu. What countries have you worked in? I've worked in my country The Philippines ever since i finished schooling. However most of companies that i have previously worked with are foreign owned companies. What countries do you have a visa to work in? Curently i don't have any visa in any other countries since I've only worked in my country, but rest assured that i am willing to take the necessary and proper steps/ procedurse to get me a visa IF given a job opportunity in Vanuatu. What field do you currently work in? I am recently a personal assistant of a CEO in a private it foreign Company. What fields have you worked in before? I've worked as a Travel Specialist in EXPEDIA a US based company that specializes in Hotel,air and vacation packages.. and I've been constantly in touch with Korean companies as ESL instructor in an International School, our students were mainly Koreans, Japanese, Taiwanese and Russians. I've been a camp coordinator in most winter camp for kids held in our place by the foreign company/ies. Recently I've worked as a personal assistant of the CEO in a private foreign owned IT company. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Having been given the Chance to graduate in a 4 year BS degree course I believe in the importance of Formal education, it is in this stage where we are molded through/by theories and practice. On the other hand I'm a firm believer that Skill/s are/is a gift given to us either nature or nurtured are equally very important in any given field. It is by our skills that we feel passionate on any given job or task, by this our output is more efficient. Describe the benefits of working with others Since we live in a country,community and specific place we live and/or surrounded by different people we ought to be very flexible in relating with other people, I believe that there are things that can be done easily and efficiently in combined skills, talents and abilities therefore we must work hand in hand with people for any desired developments. Describe the benefits of working alone On the other hand there are people who worked efficiently if they are alone.If i speak of my own personality i prefer to be working alone, because it is in this given time where i am working alone, i rely to no one but myself, therefore the best of me- my talents, skills and abilities are tried and tested. Working alone most importantly bring out one's confidence. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? through the working years,the best key to success is choose a work that's in line with your passion. whatever your skills , talents and abilities are...work on that path and everything else will fall in the right place, bringing out the best in you and your work.
