Vanuatu, because of its political stability and economical stability.

What field do you currently work in?

Lecturer Fiji National University

What fields have you worked in before?

Electrical Technician

What qualifications do you hold?

certificate 4 in traning and assessment, Diploma in Tertiary teaching,Advance diploma elctrotechnology, Electrical Wiremans license.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I consider skill more valuable, because it is competency base.

You learn more and learn to share knowledge.

Working with lazy people.

share your knowledge and skills with others. Be faithful to your work and employer.
