Mainly customer service, retail, reception, events & management. What qualifications do you hold? Graduated VCE in 2002. Event Marketing & Management Certificate. Spasa Advanced Water Chemistry certificate (swimming pool chemistry) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider skills more valuable. You can do as much reading & research as you like but experience & putting theory to work is the most valuable. Describe the benefits of working with others I love human contact. I like working in team based environments whether it be as a leader or under instruction. Describe the benefits of working alone I thrive under pressure & feel extremely rewarded when I complete tasks on my own. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To always remain calm & attempt to fix the customers problem. ALWAYS SMILE & be polite at all times. What unique skills do you have? I have been told by my peers that I am fantastic with people and posess a very bubbly personality that is great to be around. I am aslo extremely flexible. Willing to help in any way I can whether it be running errands for the boss or helping clean up a mess made by a customer. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I have many ideas of my dream job. Working with great staff in a resort, hotel or community based environment. I love managing events and also receptional duties.
