Well, Your chances are slim, may be an off shore sportsbook could give you a job. On the long run there is no other option than learning Spanish. Learning Spanish is not very difficult, you just have to start and keep on learning for half a year, maybe a year, that is entirely up to you. Http://www.academia-peter.com.ve to learn it on the Island, Why do you want to go to Margarita Island, if you don't mind me asking?

For all of you wishing to get jobs on Margarita, remember, Wages are very low in Ven.( like $8-10 US a day for most Once there you can live decent on $1, 200 to $1, 500 a month with a nice apt. while you look at opportunity. Your best chance is to start a company or service. Everyone should go for 3-6 months and have the cash to carry themselves. There is a number of ex-pats that will help you get the feel of the island but knowing spanish is very important. Google teaching Spanish on Margarita and look for Peters school he always is looking for people. Also remember a lot of the wealthy are leaving the country because of Chavez's actions. While the exchanged rate for B's was and is 2150 officially the black market rate has gone from 2, 500-2, 600 to the dollar a year ago to 4, 000 to 4, 400 per dollar now. good luck to all in their endevour but look, look. look before you leap

Hello my name is Paul. I am looking for a new life and like the appeal of Margarita island. I am English and 40 years old.I work in logistics ( cargo ) and run my own business from the UK. However I am fedup with the UK and want to split for the sun and start again. The downside is my Spanish though I am keen to learn. Looking for an office job with English speaking boss who can offer me a start on the basis I learn Spanish quickly. I have 10 years experience with cargo and aircraft charter and get on very well with people. Many thanks Paul

I am 26, bi-lingual in English and Spanish, and wish to meet people that can help me become employed in Venezuela. I currently live in Caracas and have an apartment in Margarita. I am self-employed and help wealthy people in Caracas insure themselves against financial disaster. I urge that people use disretion when soliciting or seek out this kind of service. I work in an established office but seek out new contacts. I have plenty references. To establish a new account you need only be serious about protecting what you have. If you feel it is worthwhile we can proceed. To get started we should be put in contact and take it from there. Alex
