Junior Consultant/ Project Analyst Responsibilities * Provide Assistance to Project Manager * Facilitate communication with Client staff * Organize project logistics * Investigate, collect data and Analyze Profile * Native Vietnamese * Experience: 1 – 3 years * Background: Engineering, Business * Proficiency in English is imperative * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - clear and efficient. * Systemic thinking, Analytical mind * Proficiency in Excel * Experience in Logistic/ Supply Chain is a plus 2. Senior Consultant – Supply Chain Responsibilities * Identify and document client needs and co-draft proposals * Coordinate and supervise consulting projects (improvement, set up, investment, survey) * Manage project team toward objectives * Communicate progress to client and Project Director * Deliver results Profile * Logistics and supply chain professional * Experience in major logistic service or manufacturing environment (5 – 15 years) * Have been involved in implementation projects (set up new, improving existing operations) * Demonstrated achievements, proven results * Experienced in Asia * Self-starter, result oriented, strong interpersonal and listening skills * Based in HCMC, Vietnam - mobile within South East Asia 3. Lean Senior Consultant Responsibilities: * Evaluate production process and participate in proposal draft * Manage lean projects in various sectors, coach client staff * Manage junior team to support * Ensure customers satisfaction and communication * Generate measurable results (productivity, lead time, inventory…) * Ensure reporting to Project Director Profile * Experience in implementing Lean (5-10 years). * Being able to train 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Waste Elimination, Just In Time, etc…. * Demonstrated achievements, proven results * Self-starter, result oriented, strong interpersonal and listening skills. * Enjoying being on the field (factory shop floor) 5. Lean Assistant Responsibilities: * Provide Assistance to Lean Senior Consultant * Facilitate communication with Clients * Organize projects * Investigate, collect and analyze data Profile * Being a native of Vietnamese * Experience: 5 year in lean implementation * Background: Industry * Proficiency in English is imperative * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - clear and efficient. * Systemic thinking, Analytical mind * Proficiency in Excel * Experience in Logistic/ Supply Chain is a plus. 6. Senior Consultant- Logistics Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise consulting projects (logistic optimization, supply chain design, technical specifications, field survey, vendor selection) * Understand client needs and co-draft proposals * Manage project team toward objectives * Report on progress to client and Project Director * Ensure client satisfaction Profile: * Experience in logistic systems including sea freight (5-10 years). * Having experience in dry bulk industry (grain/ore/cement...) is a plus * At ease both on the field, at modeling and reporting * Demonstrated achievements, proven results * Strong interpersonal and listening skills * Analytic mindset, solution finder 7. Logistics Analyst Responsibilities: * Provide Assistance to senior consultant - project manager * Investigate, collect and analyze data * Facilitate communications with Clients * Organize projects Profile: * Having experience related to logistics & supply chain (2-5 years) * Systemic thinking, Analytical mind * Hard working * Proficiency in English is imperative * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - clear and efficient. * Proficiency in Excel 8. Business Development Manager Responsibilities: * To promote the company’s business to and from Vietnam * Identify & develop new business opportunities in the South East Asia. * Identifying key growth sectors in the region to support and compliment the company growth * Develop business strategies for customers to provide them with value added services * Design proposals, plans to achieve sales performance target. * Create & maintain KPIs to measure the performance & profitability. * Study existing competitor solutions * Leads and manage relevant team to converse into sales results * Develop & implement value added programs to prospects, current clients in targeted markets to approach sales target * Communicate progress to clients and General Director * Other tasks requested Profile: * Based in HCMC, Vietnam - mobile within South East Asia * Demonstrated achievements, proven results * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Passion and commitment to succeed in a competitive market. * Proficiency in English is imperative * Proficient with Pack Office (Excel & Power Point) * Have more than 5 year experiences in sales and business development * Well developed qualification and closing techniques in your sales environment.
