Medical and Technical Advisors needed 1. Doctor of Medicine degree and subsequent clinical training; 2. advanced degree (MPH or PHD) in public health science and/or public health practice, preferably from a non-US university; 3. hands-on experience working with community research programs 4. a minimum of 5 years experience working with the Government of Vietnam or other Vietnamese institution involved with public health practices such as community research and program design, implementation and evaluation. 5. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with HIV/AIDS or other sexually transmitted diseases. 6. Post-doctoral training in epidemiology is desirable 7. detailed knowledge of the Vietnamese local healthcare system, intimate familiarity with the MoH and provincial health departments; 8. Fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
