Job Summary

The position requires an in-depth knowledge and experience of processing various chemicals in the production industry especially in the field of molding and micro processing (polyurethane elastomers). University degree in chemical engineering is desirable with hands on 3-5 years working experience of laboratory and using organic chemical components. Female applicants will be preferred but not limited to.

Job Description

Conduct and carry out formulation and processing of polyurethane/polyurea products and laboratory tests with the well reputed company;

The position lies with the leading and supervision of preparation and producing production tasks and Quality Control (QC) activities at manufacturing place;

Look after, maintain, and keep in good working conditions of the equipments and plants by carry out day-to-day activities in the company;

Coordinate and support towards establishment and implementation of Quality Control Management System in the company;

Responsible to ensure proper working and completion of task by the technicians by giving them details schedule of duty roasters;

S/he will be responsible to process relevant chemicals and produce targeted products efficiently and effectively by fulfilling international quality and safety standards;

Job Specification

S/he must have demonstrable working knowledge and experience with well reputed international company in the field of organic chemistry, processing of Polyurethane and relevant chemicals;

A university degree in chemical engineering with at least 3-5 years working experience on similar position is required;

S/he must have proven track record of competence on organic chemical component used within Flying Bats’ products like protectors for the motorcyclists etc;

A good working knowledge of IT is desirable having with excellent English language skills and fluency in Italian/French;

A composed personality with good managerial skills and independence of self reliance will be preferred;

A good knowledge and understanding of international quality control protocols and safety standards are desirable;
