The responsibilities mostly link with the production process led by static pouring machines to produce unique products Flying Bats mainly with polyurethane material. The potential applicant must have a university degree in Mechanical engineering with couple of years of practical work experience in the relevant industry. Female applicants will get preference. Job Description Operate, supervise and control operations of equipment to produce single or double density products with electronically controlled Static Pouring Machine by using Polyurethane material; Carry out production process by overseeing temperature, gauges, and other indicators in order to make sure machines are working properly; Responsible to check and ensure independent pumps in coordination of volumetric pumps are working properly to produce high quality products; Accountable to make sure the quality of raw materials, mixing processes, and working conditions of the machines; To make sure protection of equipment from damages, loss, and irrelevant operation and provide working condition report of the equipment to Human Resources Manager; Provide valuable inputs in repair and maintenance of the equipment and make suggestions in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the production process; Supervise operations in order to make sure international health and safety standards are met with rest of successful production process; Make suggestions in order to increase the quality of the products with minimum operation cost and propose possible changes in the operations, if necessary; Job Specification A self-motivated enthusiastic professional having with university degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3-5 years working experience on similar position is required; S/he must have proven prior experience to operate Static Pouring Machines and production processes based on polyurethane material; The position holder must demonstrate professional experience of using relevant raw materials and producing single/double density products mainly produced by Flying Bats like protectors for the motorcyclists etc; Competencies on mechanical technology applied to electric/electronic apparatus, base element for microprocessor programming, ability to manually install/uninstall machinery’s mechanical parts, knowledge of organic chemical components used within Flying Bats’ products; Ability to judge the quality of raw material, working condition of the equipment, its designs and maintenance; Knowledge of customer services and care approaches, providing quality standards products on customer requirements and know how about evaluation of customer satisfaction; Demonstrable skills and experience on concerned engineering procedures, types of equipments, various designs of the products, and a comprehensive knowledge about entire industry; A good working knowledge of IT is desirable having with excellent English language skills and fluency in Italian/French; A composed personality with good managerial skills and independence of self reliance will be preferred; A good knowledge and understanding of international quality control protocols and safety standards are desirable; |
