Formal education or skills and why? As my evaluation, Skills is more valuable than formal education. skill vs. education is the same with the pair of practise vs. theory, it can be said that learn from practise is more effective than theory, and theory is the supplement of practise. Without practise, theory is nothing, but without theory, practise can build another theory. As the result of this comparison, skill is more valuable than education as my thoughts. Describe the benefits of working with others One of the most valuable benefit of working with others is improvement. Looking at others' strengths and weaknesses can improve oneself in information update, skill as well as relationship. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone can help oneself the independence in thinking, solution and silent judging. What was your worst working experience? It is loss of my confidence when choosing the wrong solution, this situation causes damage from my company and customer's company.
