Viet Nam and Ho Chi Minh city - I can contribute for my country somehow and can develope my career in my country. The world is flat!! What field do you currently work in? Urban Planning. What fields have you worked in before? Urban Planning, Urban Design. What qualifications do you hold? Urban Planner/ Architect - Bachelor degree. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills - we can develop everything, but to do a good job first we need skills on that job, then can get the formal education when we have chance to get or to upgrade. Describe the benefits of working with others Got many chances to develop my international relations with working with many foreigner experts, sharing experience and upgrading group working skills. Describe the benefits of working alone Be strong and independent on making decisions. Could be more and more self-confident when I need to have a deal with people. What was your worst working experience? That was too many things to do but didn't have enough time. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Be patient and clever in communication. What unique skills do you have? I can understand people and know what they want by just look at them and observe (something like human mentality understanding skill). Then easy to make a deal with them and find out a solution even that's not a good situation. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Can help more and more people. High salary.
