Verizon has opportunities for Language Consumer Sales Consultants in Santa Monica, CA (Requires fluency in English and one of the following languages: Korean, Mandarin or Vietnamese)

As a Consumer Sales Consultant you will serve as a principal link between Verizon and our non-English speaking residential customers. This position receives numerous contacts each day and ensures customer satisfaction and revenue growth through the sale of products and services. Customer transactions include, but are not limited to, new service orders, move and change orders, billing inquiries and adjustments, and resolving customer problems.

Wages range from $11.48 to $23.90/hour. Wage credit may be granted for related work experience and/or college degree. Opportunities to earn merchandise and trips through incentive programs.

Qualifications:

• Good customer service, retail sales & communication skills

• Flexibility to work varied days/hours & overtime as required.

• Qualified candidate must pass pre-employment testing; drug screen and a background check
