BsC in Anvanced biotechnology, excellent record (GPA 3.5/4) Toefl-itp: 577 certificate of excellent translator in CSC project, credited by IBM group and ABV (Australian Business Volunteer) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think that both of them are crucial for a person to become professional in his own field. formal education provides basic knowledge to approach the problem easily, but if we want to tackle the problem in clever ways, skills are thus required. Describe the benefits of working with others in today working environment, we always have to cooperate with people whose backgrounds may completely different. So, when working in groups or with other people, we can learn benefit from that, because everyone will see problems in distinctive angles, which enable us to see problems from many sides, and the to solve them quickly. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone give us the space for critical thinking, concentration and creativity. it will therefore be an important part for any people who want to think deeper on certain issues, such as creating a new product's design, marketing segmentation... What was your worst working experience? it was the time when i do my graduation thesis. the topic i opted was brand-new to my supervisor, so i have to do it mostly on my own. To tackle problems occurred, i try to google, to do deeper searching on the internet for everyday, and finally my graduation thesis was done, albeit there was some difficult issues i had to face at the beginning time. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? that is self motivation. When i encounter new things that i have not had any experience before, i motivate my self, and try my best to complete it. that is my intrinsic energy,which helps me much in these years. What unique skills do you have? drawing, singing, designing... What would you consider as your 'dream job'? dream job must have to value, from my perspective, they are: bringing the value to society: meaning that the job will help our life to be better in certain ways (if the job contains social responsibility, it is more wonderful!) bringing the value to its people:it means by working, we can promote our self-development in both skills and knowledge, to become a profound expert in the future. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? i like biology, biotechnology, because that is my field in studying. i love to work with people come from different background, so that i can learn from them. i enjoy when working with children, some target community such as the disable, the poor...because i can help them to obtain a better life. i'm fond of working in dynamic organization, which helps its people not only in career but also in social life. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? i not sure that i can work abroad for long time, because i have my own family in Viet Nam what are important to the youth in viet nam? as a youth person, i suppose that i want to learn more and more, to adapt to the changing of this world, where climate change, economic recession, war, diseases, ..., are concurring daily.
