English very well. German Fair. What State are you looking to work in and why? St. Croix USVI. Because of location and climate. I have visited there many times and it seems like home. What field do you currently work in? I am a Chief Radiation Therapist. What fields have you worked in before? Chief Radiologic Technologist Self-employed in the Marking Industry. What qualifications do you hold? Associates Degree in Science RT and RTT Reiki Master & Teacher Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal Education is important, but I feel that you "fine-tune" your skills with job experience. Describe the benefits of working with others It is self rewarding to work with others. I enjoy teaching new people the skills that I have learned over the years. Describe the benefits of working alone I feel that I challenge myself to do better each time that I work alone. What was your worst working experience? Being a waitress in High School. I did not enjoy that experience, but I did learn from it and went on to finish my degree in Health Care. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To listen to others and that I can always learn something new from every person I work with. What unique skills do you have? I am a very good teacher and listener. I have a very positive attitude. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A race car driver. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The patient's that I work with and help to get well. The students that I have mentored in the field of radiology and radiation therapy. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
