Chef/Cook What qualifications do you hold? asian and other international food What was your worst working experience? i have almost 20 years working experience as a chef/cook, in other restaurant and hotels. i will cook from appetizer, soup, salads, main course, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, noodles, desserts, and others. i prepare and cook also other foreign food like japanese( sushi bar @ hot) italian, chinese, american, korean, spanish, pilipino, thai, and others. my duteis and responsebiliteis as a Chef; direct report to the superior/manager, planning and changing menu from ala carte to function menu, prepare and cook some special of the day, food costing, making duties and responsebiliteis of all kitchen staff, maintain food standard, quality of foods, pressentation of foods, cleanliness, inventory, request and received all kitchen needed, and others. i am attended also some other seminars like Culinary arts, food and bevarage safety, first aid, bartendiring, and others. thank you. |
