LOOKING FOR A JOB!What type of job are you looking for? nurse job, probably in a hospital! What languages do you speak (and at what level)? English, which i speaks well and also my national language- Tagalog What State are you looking to work in and why? well, i don't have any idea on the specific states, but i would be glad if it's within the city proper. What field do you currently work in? i'm a staff nurse in a Intensive Care Unit/Coronary Care Unit for about 8 years now. i also have an experience in Medical-Surgical prior to this for about 6years. What fields have you worked in before? Still in the field of nursing or taking care of the sick people. What qualifications do you hold? I'm a Registerd Nurse here in the Philippines, with a valid license.A graduate of a 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I also attended seminars and trainings related to my profession. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both! i know that a formal education is essential for documentaion and legal/valid purposes, but at the same time you should have to improve your skills, focusing on every details of your job description for you to easily adjust to a certain nature of the job you're aiming for. Describe the benefits of working with others well! it gives you more information, a give and take situation wherein you can share your ideas and expertise and perhaps will create a positive outcome or success. Describe the benefits of working alone well,this will challenge your capabilities and come up with your own decision and you alone are the one to vaslidate without involving others.It will give you independence. What was your worst working experience? Maybe, when i've experienced bad criticism from an immediate relative of the patient,which turn out to be of no truth, then it actually hurts me. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That as nurse/ a care provider, you should always dynamic and flexible in all aspects because you're going to deal with a wide variety of people with different personalities, beliefs, and way of life. What unique skills do you have? well, i can also draw/sketch dresses and i can dance too! What would you consider as your 'dream job'? to experience working to a place outside my country or working abroad asa a nurse. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? taking care of patients, meeting new people each day and a continuing education for updates on latest trends in treatment or medications. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? when there is back-biting or scams happening within the unit. What are your expectations in working abroad? well, i really expect a new invironment, new patients, different facilities. It would be nice also to experience a new culture and beliefs and of course visiting the tourist spots od that certain place.
