Reliance on others with greater competency, experience and skill level, even those with less can sometimes improve outcomes of situations by remaining openminded enough to accept the necessity of a unified cohesive work effort and its benefit to all, if nothing but morale in the workplace. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Treating the underlying human condition that prevents, or at times can ensure the best coping of even the most devastating of conditions. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Beurocratic financial entanglements that compromise patient wellbeing, because of health care related costs/reforms.
