I have utilized my diverse skill set in Human Resources as a Recruiter for Manpower International where my primary objectives were the full life cycle of recruitment, sales, supervision of unemployment compensation activity, and coaching and counseling. In my position as an HR Specialist for FirstBank my primary objective was the recruitment for all of the U.S. Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, Barbados, and St. Lucia. With Kelly HRfirst, a leading RPO company, I acted as a client-facing Lead Recruiter and Supervisor on various hiring expansion programs nationwide. Currently I am a Recruiting Consultant for Brookdale Senior Living.
I am technically sound and have worked extensively with many different ATS systems: Field Power Base, Staffing Soft, Icims, Cyborg, Multi Hire Pro, Vurv (now Taleo), and Brass Ring applicant tracking systems and have substantial professional experience with full life cycle RPO recruiting including: client negotiation, sales, process implementation, team management, background checks and offer processes, sourcing, screening, new employee orientation, performance evaluation, workplace conduct and conflict resolution, safety management, payroll, and benefits administration. I am knowledgeable of issues related to employment law, diversity, sexual harassment, legal liability, and workers compensation.
