Career Opportunities: The Haven Assisted Living provides unlimited and rapid growth career opportunities. The Haven Assisted Living requires an Administrator and Manager for every four homes licensed. Currently the Haven Assisted Living is scheduled to open four to six homes per year, and maintain that growth each year up to 2015. At the current growth rate, a caregiver whom demonstrates the ability, desire, and qualifications to become an Administrator can expect to upgrade within 12 to 18 months. Training: The Company also offers tuition reimbursement for college courses taken for advancement during employment to achieve Manager and/or Administrator roles and also asks for a 2 year commitment as an Administrator following upgrade.
