What type of job are you looking for?
As a business administration graduate i am eager to work in an environment that is going to provide me a unique stand point to my future career life also i am looking forward to acquiring my MBA, as i believe the study Alone with out practicing is somehow useless , i need in the far future to start running my own business so i need to be will versed with what is this overwhelming market is , marketing penetration , the trade , the surviving as a business, beside being a good job with a quality measures and that is the most important . The job i want is the job that's is Going to build me .

What State are you looking to work in and why?
Virginia : as know from a friend it is much industrial state than other , Good invironment to improve my self plus i have a very close friend there who i want to be with at least while it's the first time to move to the USA.

Quality field , i work as a quality Coordinator.

my educational background as i Hold a BSc in business administration , beside one year work experience in the field of quality ( i'm quality coordinator ) i work as an auditor also , involve in process development and business development beside i work as an adminstrative coordinator too in the organization i work forEgyptnetwork and i hold a customer service professional course where i study presentaion skills , negotiation skills , stress managment , business writting, telephone handling , and communication skills along with business english course
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
I believe they are both complete each other other wise it well an obvious Gap , i tried it myself the skills that i gain from my Work is Good but i always feel there is something missing to complete the Picture so i always retort to reading or my old professors in the College for new idea or even ideas that is away from my sight ...
Describe the benefits of working with others
As the practical knowledge and theoretical one is very important to come together , working with other is much more important i guess because i believe to be a man of wise , knowledge and experience that you have to notice every thing , be alert of what's going on your team is the fruitful environment try to get the best use of it you may not have the chance to have this studies that will enrich you but instead you will find a member there with his knowledge will compensate you with the theoretical you want . i believe the as the bird can not fly with one wing Also we can not clap with one hand...
Describe the benefits of working alone
it depends i believe the startegic level preffered to work a lone and also in some cases which i really faced in my real carrer life when the team is not cooperative until i solved this problem i had to complete tasks as soon as possible to gurantee no delay , then i meet with the rest of the team to discuss the issue , hench i was thinking in one thing to motivate my self as long as no one help ( if i ever need a helping hand i will find one at the end of my arm )
What was your worst working experience?
as a friendly person it nevercame to my mind that one day i will work in the quality fields and perform the auditing activities .. and what a luck ! it's time to audit against HR Processes and my friend my close friend was the Hr coordinator and specialist at the same time .. and there was a lot of gaps between the actually implemented and the Proceses and i had to generate the report with the actual status , the result was she got very mad at me , but i have to be honest and i talked to her after that , that she must understand that as she work , this is my work too...
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
i was lack for the confident in the begining of my career life and they wanted me to perform an audit against about 3 department , the accounting, the call center and sales department
What unique skills do you have?
i believe every one is unique in all fields the point is how to think or how to do it , i have a presentation skills , also i can perform as a publique relation as i am very friendly and i can handle this issue concerning with acting as a public relation coordiantor.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
Is the job that afford me to know how is the managment in the organization goes and what market need the job that afford me a unique stand point as i need to run my own business in the long run but before that i have to gain much more experiance in work and market , business development work, marketing , and the quality work i guess
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Is that it afford me a clear understanding picture of how other department work so i understand the marketing department , the sales force and the strategic managemnt and it afford me to help in business development
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
is that All employee have the concept that iam the women whose all people got afraid of every time i tell anybody i am the quality coordinator oh no i got a lot of comments that i feel that is this quality is a monister or what , however i like this field as i can understandhow the work in all other department goes and also all people in the organization like me
why i want to move to the usa to work ?
As I am interested in business and market i was thinking that to be familure with all culture and how different people think and study the different aspects about how to grow and excel as an individual to be a very succesful businesswomen so no need to go to alot of country to discover this it all exsist in one country it's USA , it's a melten pot . and also the leader of business in the world eist there beside the world leader in education and the leader unvirsities exist there and i am looking forward to acquiring my MBA So i guess it is the best for me hopfully i can be a very successful and famous businesswomen in the future.:)
