Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills do count for overall performance of a person and its beneficial for the company or the organization hes working with but without formal education theres lot of challenges an individul can face. Most companies and organizations prefer to employ a person with good grades and qualification, but some would like to employ a more experienced person although he might be less qualified. So in a nutshell I think both skills and formal education are valueable in their respective places.

Describe the benefits of working with others

The best thing about working with others is that you get to know about your weak points and where you are lagging behind, every individual has his own characteristic and methods of working,so theres always something you can learn from them,it makes you realize what team work is all about. So you become more competent, result oriented and tolerant in the end, always giving your 100%.

Describe the benefits of working alone

The benefits of working alone is that you become a multi task oriented guy,you dont rely or depend on other person anymore. Its you who has to make plans, strategy and find solution for whatsoever task coming your way.You become more confident as an individual.

None so far.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Be sincere and loyal to the company or organization you are working with, learn from your superiors, work hard and give results, afterall this is what they are paying you for.

Any job which gives me the power and authority to change lives of suppressed, needy and underprivileged people.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

I get to know and interact with those people who have always been neglected and avoided by the society and since we are doing something good for them makes me feel good in the end.
