What type of job are you looking for?

public service job(public administration)or jobs with nongovernmental organizations

What nationality are you?

iam a south sudanese by nationality

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

i speak English, Arabic, Bari,and kiswakili

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

iam interested to work any where in south sudan but not in north sudan. why because it actually doesn't where i will work so long as the place i will go to work is south sudan

What countries have you worked in?

i worked with UN in Uganda, and in the United States

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

i can have a visa to work any where,perhaps not in north sudan

What field do you currently work in?

i have currently graduated. but temporalily iam working with walmart as a sale's associate

What fields have you worked in before?

i have worked in the field of education

What qualifications do you hold?

i have obtained bachelor of science in political science and masters of public administration

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

both formal education and having skills are essential for development of such a young country as south Sudan. South Sudan still needs people viable in skills as well as those people who already have formal education. that is to say south Sudan needs both formal and skilled personal for its reconstruction processes

Describe the benefits of working with others

For South sudan to develop rapidly, the sprit of team work should be encouraged.working with others makes the work easy to be done. A good working spirit with others or people of different backgrounds enables the task to be accomplish quickly and efficiently. working with others also help create agood working experince. Finally, working with others makes it less difficult or easy to overcome work related problem. that is to say it is easy to solve problem when working with others

Describe the benefits of working alone

There is little to accomplish when working antway.But some times working alone help develop confidence and self esteem in people

What was your worst working experience?

my worst working experince is always when i fail to accomplish the goals or expections of the assigned work.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

the most important lession i have learned is that good work creates confidence in people but overall, team work help make work easy to do

What unique skills do you have?

i have execellent communication and writing skills. i have also mobilization and organization and some computer skills

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

i would like to consider becoming public administrator;as a professor, mayor, governor, diplomat, and any that falls within my area of study, but i can do any job that deals with public service

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

the most interesting aspect of my field is that it always concerns with human development and enhancement

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

the least interesting aspects of my field is that however much one can work,there is always some one or group of people who is/are not satisfied of what someone is doing

How do you reduce the problems of road accidents in south sudan?

the number one emphasis of the government should be aimed at tamacking and building good network of both interstate roads and high ways linking all towns of south sudan. Also tough traffic laws should be instituted and law enforcement personel increased
