What type of job are you looking for?

Any job relating to health, (eg. pharmaceutical industries, food industries, hospital laboratory) or in the oil and mining industries for a young BSc. Chemistry holder from a recognized university in Ghana, (The University of Ghana, Legon). I stand out to prove my managerial skills as well as organizational skills in my duty as the Founder and C.E.O of my own organization here in Ghana; Freedom Aid Ghana, (F.A.G), a non-profit making organization that seeks to promote quality health and education through the provision of Free Health Screening and Education Exercises across the regions of Ghana. What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

Excellent English Language

What State are you looking to work in and why?

West Virginia. No special reasons. I just want to work.

What field do you currently work in?

The health sector in Ghana. I did one (1) year with the Food and Drugs Board here in Ghana as a National Service Personnel from 2010 to 2011

What fields have you worked in before?

Health Field. I worked at the Watama Oral Hygiene Center in 2006, University of Ghana Hospital in 2009, Food and Drugs Board in 2010/11 and my own organization, Freedom Aid Ghana now.

What qualifications do you hold?

BSc. Chemistry

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Formal Education. My reasons are; 1. The world is running at a high speed in technology and development which gives room to only those in the formal educational sector to easily adjust to accommodate it. 2. Formal education trains the individual to universally work in almost all fields if not all.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working with others will; 1. Enable you to learn more ideas in the sector you find yourself and in life in general. 2. It gives you the room to develop your hidden talents in life. 3. It adds value to your cultural knowledge background in life

Describe the benefits of working alone

1. Working alone will give you the room to implement personal changes in your organization. 2. It helps you to grow in business rapidly since decision making policies may not have limits.

What was your worst working experience?

I once worked for wielder when I was growing up and needed money to continue education, as a laborer. This has been a very challenging time in my life, but I thank God for the experience.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

My lesson; I do not have to give up on my visions even when it looks like all hope is lost. Only if I believe in my dream, and keeps trying to achieve it, then I will surely be a winner.

What unique skills do you have?

1. Analytical thinking 2. Managerial skills 3. Organizational skills 4. Counselling

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

As an Managing Director of a reputable pharmaceutical industry.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

1. Research works 2. Traveling

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

1. Stress 2. Overtimes
