I'm working as project coordinator in an NGO at Jodhpur (Rajasthan), INDIA From Past 2 years. What qualifications do you hold? I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree in ELECTRONICS & COMMUNICATION Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are very important but Experience iis one of the best quality of a person. Describe the benefits of working with others Benefits of working with is others is as similar as one finer of our hand cannot write but with the help of other it is quite efficient to write and complete hand is solely efficient in doing any kind of work. So together wit people we can work very efficiently by using the best qualities of every individual. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone is also beneficial when needed so that without any one interruption and full concentration so that the person should show the best out of his/her skills. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I learnt one of the most important work spirit That is complete your work at time and that also efficiently so no one can blame you and if everyone starts working like that we will make a best working atmosphere and the success will not to far. Helping those people whom we don't eve know or we haven't met them any where.
