Bachelors degree arts.kiswahili major

Skills are key .one gets confidence to perform better

One gets to learn from co workers.none claims 100% perfection

You also get chance to be focused

Incompetence of co worker and laziness impacting on all chain performance

One has to keep updating oneself training and researching.teamwork wins

Fluency in swahili and public motivation speaking to students

Broadcasting in swahili

One gets challenged to learn daily.swahili is growing very fast
