when you are on a team the team should have a same perpose to get it so you have to disterbute the duty betwin the staff beacuse you can not do and controll evry thing alone on the best way and you must have a form and chek evry thing one by one and then you can understand what is going rong or what is the problem then you can get best distion before the time to solve and manage beacuse you have all information for managment and....at the end your service will be with the better quntity and quality so when you comper you service with your compitiator your coustemer are happy with your service and ....
