Both, For basic and theoratically knowledge is important but if a person doesnt have skills than its very difficult to work in a position just with education skills, but skills also can be learnt while in a working environment. Again if a person has skills but doesnt know the basics then it might be difficult for the person to handle some situation while at work. Describe the benefits of working with others It is very helpful because your work colleagues are always to support for any learning stage, also team work is very important because a person who is very experienced still can make some mistake which can be rectified by working together.While working together targets can be achieved, TEAM- Together wE Achieve More.
