I'm currently working as ateacher in of the reputed schools of kanpur. What fields have you worked in before? Teaching. What qualifications do you hold? I'm a graduate from commerce stream. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider SKILLS to be more valuable than the formal skils because formal education is a thing which nearly every one has but comprises of only the theorotical concepts which are far away from the reality while the person who possess skills can do the things practiclly very well thoug he's not having any formal knowledge about a thing,formal knowledge can be easily gained by a person even later on but skills cannot be developed in such way Describe the benefits of working with others Firstly and formostly it helps us learn to work as a team which is very important,then we tend to develop patience amng ourselves, we even learnsharing and caring,we come to know about various cultures,life-styles of people belonging to various cast,creed and culture and of different nationalities. Describe the benefits of working alone we learn how to manage by ourselves during various occasions and circumstances,we're saved from unecessary interference of others,we can properly concentrate on our work,our credit is not shared by anyone we get the complete cedit of whatever we do. What was your worst working experience? None,all my experiences were memorable,cherishable and good.
