Skill wise, Its tough to go for a regular course for everyone, and somehow you gain experience and then going for education.

To work with others teach you a lot of things. Benefits are: 1. Gradually you learn how to learn things and work in a body 2. Being impatient it would teach you how you should come out of it. 3. It tells you when all negative points you have and positive as well.

The benefits of working alone is: 1. Its builds your own confidence. 2. You always concentrate on your own work then to indulge with others such as gossips and ( if some one doesnt take the job seriously and you tempt to do the same ) 3. It gives time to decide about your point of view
What was your worst working experience?
It was when i joined a company and that time i was just 18 years, and i was into sales (telemarketing) and whatever number of sales i used to make, the supevisor was suppose to verify those sales before it could get converted, And one day i cracked 10 sales whereas my target was for 7 sales only and i was excited enough and could not control myself, and by mistake i told my supervisor (lady) sister and she gave me left and right. It was so worst experience however from that mistake i learnt that professional environment is entirely different then personal.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
That person should have +ve thinking and confidence.

Iam softspoken and always open-minded to learn things, open to compromise things as well.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
I would love to be a part of H.R. dept. in the relevant field
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
The current job that iam working with is : B.P.O 1. We learn a lot of things everyday 2. The process is for airlines in which we deal in customer service as well as sales and it helps you out always to put your self into customer's shoes 3. Getting feedback from the customers is an improtant aspects, so that one can work on it
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
1. Working at night shift that too 24/7 2. Getting back to back calls 3. Stress
