NOW IAM WORKING BY THE UNITED NATIONS MISSION IN SUDAN ( SOUTH DARFUR ) AS UN OBSERVER

What fields have you worked in before?

Experience:- From to Secretary in the public relation Department of the Customs Authority 2002 2004 - I carried out the General secretary tasks such as ( research, typing, producing flyers, filing, Dictaphone transcription, screening telephone calls, appointments, liaising with clients (and sometimes this includes handling difficult situations) and other staff members,) - Responsible for assisting with administration of day-to-day office operations. - making sure everything goes smoothly, anticipating as well as accomplishing particular tasks. - I am able to already mastered typing and word processing And also, The major role in my work as a Secretary is to provide assistance to my Manager. Attending meetings, minute taking, composing letters, making travel bookings, supervising, training staff. Accountant in the draw Back section of the Customs Authority 2004 2008 - Performed financial analysis of prospective investment opportunities and worked directly with clients to support account manager. - assist in the formulation of budgetary and accounting policies - prepare financial statements for presentation to boards of directors, management, - conduct financial investigations, undertakes audits, prepares reports, and advises on such matters as the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers, capital financing, suspected fraud, insolvency and taxation - Examine operating costs and the income and expenditure of institutions. - Development and maintenance of budgeting systems. This involves monitoring budgets and comparing them with actual costs and revenues related to production, marketing and capital. They analyzes records to determine trends, which assists in managerial control. - Prepares reports for management summarizing the business' financial position in areas of income, expenses, capital usage and cash flows and assists with the preparation of strategic plans, budgets and financial forecasts. - Preparing monthly reports. Training course in customs legislations and disciplines

From 20.06.09 to 19.06.09 I worked as UN observer in UNAMID (United Nations African Union Mission In Darfur ) In sector south (Nyala) my duty as following :

I had to carry out the negotiation and mediation between the parties of conflict, To prepare and supervision and Management the DDR process. To Observe and monitor any cease fire agreement and reporting about any humanitarian violence, To conduct the patrols to IDP (Internal Displaced Personal ) And to carry out any other duties which related under my responsibility .

FROM 1992 TO 93 12 The Standard Alhursh Secondary school 06.1994 TO 06.1998 Bachelors degree Accountancy with very good Score Sana'a University Yemen Jun 1998 FROM 05.1997 TO 12.1997 German language course Language institute FROM 10.2003 TO 02.2004 Computer course ( windows, word) American academic institute Yemen From 02.2007 to 11.2007 English course language institute ( Sana’a – Yemen) Computer Skills:-

*soft ware Known:- - Compatible PCs running Microsoft Windows, MS-DOS, WordPerfect, Word for Windows - MS Access. *Hard ware knowledge:- - Assembling and Maintenance of Computer -Partitioning and Formatting of Hard disk. - Loading of Operating Systems and other soft ware s . Internet setting. - Typing in English and German and Arabic

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:-

- Office Skills:- -I am able to use Office machine like (PC, FAX, Copy Machine, etc….) - Driver's license - Category "B" issued from United Nations Mission In Darfur( UNAMID): Full, clean.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I think both are very important each one is complete the other at first is very important to get knowledge about the targeted field and we can get these knowledge through the good and perfect education so with time and practice we can improve our knowledge and get very useful skills .

Describe the benefits of working with others

working with other allow to improve the skills for example through my work in united nations I met people from different countries , different culture I learned how to deal and treat with people ? Respect the gender and pay attention of culture awareness, I also improved my communication skills through working with others especially as supervisor, how to arrange the work between them, how to find the solution for problems, also decision making, how to work in very very strange and difficult environment under stress both physical stress and mental stress also I learned how to be patient , working together exactly as one team to achieve the goal of the organization exactly as one team to achieve the goal of the organization

Describe the benefits of working alone

working alone don not allow to get more advantage or benefits like working with group or team , do not allow get contact with others and learn new things from others the benefits will be limited

Working under stress and in very difficult environment working as team and accept the other colleague working with full responsibility during carry out any duty take care of impartiality , integrity , to be honest this is very important

Finance manager and why not to be the chair man

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

to carry out the following general accountant duties: I assisted in the processing of payments to governments and vendors for goods and services; and also I reviewed various accounting transactions, Also assisting in the processing of payments to staff members regarding their entitlements, including salaries, claims, hazard allowance and monthly mission allowance; Reconciling bank statements for all funds in foreign and local currencies I Performed financial analysis of prospective investment opportunities and worked directly with clients to support account manager.
