I am looking for a job that would use my knowledge of the country and its institutions, my hardwork capacities, that would allow a deeper knowledge of yemeni culture. Sustainable development is the field I want to work in, in order to accompany local communities in economic and social development. Concerning Yemen (except water), Education is the main issue to work on. Good knowledge of the Yemeni institutions, systems, do's & don't. Hard worker. What nationality are you? French, living in Paris What languages do you speak (and at what level)? French : native English : fluent italian : spoken Arabic : taking lessons What country or area are you looking to work in and why? YEMEN. I already know a lot about this country as I have assured several missions here. I want to keep on working here as it is really a chalenging work context. Lots of things can be done as few things exist here. Plus, Yemenis are good people to live with, with a fantastic culture. What countries have you worked in? France, Egypt, Algeria. What countries do you have a visa to work in? i can get visa to any country. Still Yemen remains my main job seeking destination. What field do you currently work in? - I have been developing a sustainable development project in Sana'a for one year (cultural & educational project with Universities). - Working in Medical logistic field for french insurance companies. What fields have you worked in before? Background : - audiovisual field (editing, directors assistant, production) - Specialized in logistic, organization, sustainable development. What qualifications do you hold? Master English civilization & litterature. ESRA diploma, (audiovisual school,France) Editor diploma (National Institute for Audiovisual, INA). Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Oftenly there is a conflict between theory and practical learning. Yemen is that kind of country where theory and learning from university won't help much. Describe the benefits of working with others getting organized for fast actions, developping different points of views and angles concerning a problem, mixing personnal experiences for a better result. Describe the benefits of working alone I don't think there are so much benefits in working alone. What was your worst working experience? I never had bad work experiences as the difficult ones always helped me improve my skills for the better and use it for the next experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Patience. What unique skills do you have? Tenacity & Adaptability. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Developing a sustainable development project that would create real ressources for the country by implicating local population and national institutions. Something both parties could be proud of. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Creating bridges between institutions and circles, connecting ressources. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
