Well, l can work in either Lusaka-Zambia or Johannesburg-South Africa. I like Zambia because of my nationality and professional contacts l havdm aquired overtime. I like South Africa because of its advancement in technology, l believe my current expertise is more lucrative there and l have a special relation there. What countries have you worked in? So far, its just Zambia What countries do you have a visa to work in? I believe working in South Africa only demands a work permit from which would not be hard to get. Formal education or skills and why? I consider skil to be valuable because it shows how one applies themself from what they learnt and how they apply their common sense. Formal education just opens up our mind and its up to us to think outside the box through skil. Describe the benefits of working with others Well, one gets to exchange ideas, gets exposed to competition that drives them to work harder, learns how to relate with others professionally, gets acquinted to modern work culture and broadens ones thinking capacity. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone makes one aware of the consequences of ones decisions, it creates a kind of independence that any manager should posess and it promotes proper analysis and attension to detail. What was your worst working experience? Well, no doubt the time l had to do routine work was the worst experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To always pay attension to detail because its the slightest of detail that can get one into big trouble and to treat clients very good because there can be no business without clients. What unique skills do you have? Shock absorber, hospitable to every client despite their disadvantage, quick to adapt to new environment, patience, analytical. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A job in the bank, United Nations or world bank What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Estates agency, and it takes me to places and meet all types of people. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I hate it that l have to hold the measuring tape when doing field work.
