Zambian

English, Tonga and Polish

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Namibia, Botswana, South Africa or Malawi, Angola

What countries have you worked in?

Poland and Zambia

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

None at the moment

What field do you currently work in?

Veterinary Reproduction, Histology, Embryology and Reproductive physiology Lecturer

What fields have you worked in before?

Veterinary reproduction, Histology,Embryology, Cytology and Reproductivephysiology

What qualifications do you hold?

Doctor of veterinary medicine (DVM), and Doctor of Philosophy in Animal Reproduction (PhD), Certificate in Higher Education management

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Both, because formal education is the steping stone to skills development

it creates synergy and also cross-knowledge transfer to and from others

You may be forced to think outside the box, but it is not the best

When I made a proposal to increase the faculty in-take and others did not like the idea.

That talking less in a meeting is the best tool to resolving differences, and success
