Mineral processing related job, particulary of an operations nature at shift supervisory level or shift controller level would be my fisrt priority, though i dont rule out metallurgical jobs i.e as a metallurgist. Min.Sc in Metallurgy and Mineral Processing from the University of Zambia Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal Education, but it is complimented by skills. skills alone limits understanding and lessens appreciation of the work, but combined with formal education, yields effectiveness and productivity. in actual sense, i think the two can not be seperated distinctively, but formal education i would consider first Describe the benefits of working with others Increases learning, through sharing of ideas. increases productivity by combining strenghts of different individuals. collective experiences yields a better understanding and apperciation of the nature of the job and of course, there is safety in numbers Describe the benefits of working alone mainly there is higher concentration, which increaeses effectiveness and efficience by promoting specialisation What was your worst working experience? When i was working as a sales exective part time, becuase i had to do and pretty much say the same thing all the time which become boring What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? you have to keep an open mind, so you could learn from others and generally develop your skills and those around your What unique skills do you have?
