Formal education or skills and why? Formal education- one is able to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills in a particular field. this will lead to good performance and in the end be able to acheive the goals of the project at hand. Describe the benefits of working with others no man is an island. what ever project is done requires the input of other members. working as a team will lead to the successfully achievement of the goal. for example a project dealing with HIV/AIDS will need accountants, project officers, procurement staff, administration staff and so on. working as a team makes work easier, goals achieveable, etc Describe the benefits of working alone when one is working alone, one can be able to concentrate, reserach to arrival at some solution, think deeper with issues, analyize issues and one can be focused on an issue. What was your worst working experience? my worst working experince was when i went late for a workshop that i was organising myself. all the participants were already seated and were just waiting for me to arrive. The workshop was held at a paid venue. the company had some transport problems. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? lessons learnt be clear of what you are required to do be focused beat the deadlines work under litle supervision be confident and knowledgeable with your job.
