Skills are more valuable because they can help one earn a living. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits of working with others are that, we share the knowledge we have and the communities develop through working together, so does the companies we work for. Describe the benefits of working alone There are very few benefits of working alone one of which is that one does not have to worry much about expenses of paying employees of the Company and that decision making is swift for one does not have to holding meetings to consult other employees. What was your worst working experience? I had my worst working experience when I was asked to train a new employee, but only to be told to stop reporting after that employee was well trained of the company working styles by myself. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learned to respect other poeple's opinions, to look at clients with equity and to accept correction without any hard feelings at all. What unique skills do you have? I have very good listening skills, What would you consider as your 'dream job'? i have always wanted to be a nurse What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Meeting with different kinds of people, it helps me in thinking fast. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? When it comes to covering up for my bosses.
