Bachelor of Education degree in Christian education(Major) and English (minor) and a Diploma in Education. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? An educationist needs to varry the style of presentation of content to reach the goal of education. Whether formal or informal what matters is HOW that education was presented. My preferance is formal education because of my ten years experience in it. Describe the benefits of working with others Team work is more beneficial. Not all people are multitalented therefore as a team you help each other to achieve the organisation's goal. Success is a joint effort not one man's show. Describe the benefits of working alone There is high concentration of what you want to do. As an individual you are able to appreciate your failures and successes. However there are more benefits in working together with others than alone. What was your worst working experience? When I was a deputy head at one insititution I was hated so much by the headteacher because of my activeness so he made sure that I suffer in all i was doing. This did not go well with me, the school and our relationship as a result I asked to be released. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Teaching is a calling from God not only a profession. teachers are the ones that are shaping nations. What unique skills do you have? Iam a Pastor teacher skilled to creatively present the Bible lessons using the subject content and lesson presentation as tool to reach the leaners heart. I am highly skilled in organising educational field to anywhere in the world. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is creative teaching. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The interesting part of my field is to see an individual lives changing mindset and behaviour to the glory of God.
