Diploma in Irrigation Engineering Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I feel both are important as you cant do without another one. Usually you must be having education where you are taught theoratically and finally you will apply the skill backed by the education you will have obtained. Describe the benefits of working with others It is always good to work with others as you will learn and perfect yourself in your trade. It will be more like sharpening yourself so that you become a competent expert in the field. You also get exposed to every human character created and you end up knowing what you are expected of when you are around people and most importantly you feel motivated, have high morale at work and you will enjoy your work. Describe the benefits of working alone A lot of concentration will be obtained and no disturbances will be there. What was your worst working experience?
