I would say both because formal education is the foundation upon which one would develop their skills on and skills are what drives the organisation towards its mission Describe the benefits of working with others Working as a team ensures that the benefits of specialisation are enjoyed. It enables mebmbers of the team to work hard to meet deadlines since one members output is onether ones input Describe the benefits of working alone I would say that it enables the worker to work at his own pace there by eliminating the possibility of making mistakes. What was your worst working experience? Dealing with clients during the economic melt down. Accounts had to be settled on the very day of billing to avoid having to make interest adjustments on a daily basis What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That working as a team can enable the organisation to be mo effective and efficient in serving its clients What unique skills do you have?
