What field do you currently work in?

Relief

What fields have you worked in before?

Relief, livelihoods, Agriculture and HIV and AIDs

What qualifications do you hold?

Honor Degree in Business Studies, specialising in Marketing

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Both, education allows one to have better judgment and make better decisions. Skills especially gained through experience allows one to become a specialist in a field.

Describe the benefits of working with others

It allows diversity of ideas in problem solving, strengthen outcome by capitalizing on individual strengths.

Describe the benefits of working alone

It reduces divergent of attentions and allow maximizing concentration.

What was your worst working experience?

During a food distribution, food was looted by politically motivated group and shared it on their own. Was powerless to stop the looting and the vulnerable group went home without their aid

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

i am a team player, good at computers, can work flexible hours with minimum supervision, i am a member of Zimbabwe HA working group.

Being a regional Emergency Relief coordinator under UN

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Working with the most vulnerable communities, bring change in their life, bring hope and seeing people living in dignity. It great to touch life and see great changes happening in their life.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Political interference

failure, am so afraid of failing especially on things that i would have dedicated my mind and time
