Both, education allows one to have better judgment and make better decisions. Skills especially gained through experience allows one to become a specialist in a field. Describe the benefits of working alone It reduces divergent of attentions and allow maximizing concentration. What was your worst working experience? During a food distribution, food was looted by politically motivated group and shared it on their own. Was powerless to stop the looting and the vulnerable group went home without their aid What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
