Formal education because it informs the mind and equips with basics skills for a particular field of work. Teams enable individuals to improve on knowledge and skills that one does not have but that others in the team have. Describe the benefits of working alone Innovation is very high and personal confidence is attained. targets are achievable in shorter periods of time as the results of individual work have a tendency to reward the individual in recognition and self actualization. What was your worst working experience? Working at a school that i had to walk for 16km on a daily basis after travel for 20km by bus. I have learnt that the more you like your pupils (clients) the more they benefit from your skills and knowledge while that also gives pleasure and job satisifaction. What unique skills do you have?
