Both because education without skill is not much. Being an educated skilled labourer makes one more lucrative to the employer. Describe the benefits of working with others Two hands are better than one. the others will motivate you work harder and a lot can be done since work can be delegated . you can share ideas and brainstorm as a team. As a team we tend to complement each other, someone can be stronger at one thing and the other at something else and so nogaps are laft inbetween. Describe the benefits of working alone Flexibility. you can plan how you are going to do you job with no interruptions. there is no conflict as would be in a group with people with conflicting personalities. you work at your own pace as long as you meet your deadline. you get all the credit for a good job. you are accountable for what you do. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have leant that sometimes humble beginnings is not a bd thing. you tend to appreciate your achievements even more recalling were you started from. When you reach the top of the ladder you also have an appreciation of those below you because you know how their work compliments yours. I've also leant that time is the best teacher because over time you learn a lot, you gain more experience not only in you job but also in people management. What unique skills do you have?
