What type of job are you looking for?

Advocate, Counsellor or Trainer job is what I am looking for.

What nationality are you?

I am a Zimbabwean.

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

I speak and write English and Shona very well.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Zimbabwe but I am willing to do work assignments in any country.

What countries have you worked in?

I have worked in Zimbabwe only.

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

None. African countries are currently visa free nations.

What field do you currently work in?

I am in the education field as a school teacher.

What fields have you worked in before?

I worked in the private sector for a year.

What qualifications do you hold?

I hold a Certificate in Education and a BSc degree in Counselling.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Formal education is better because that is where one acquires skills.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Teamwork is best because you share ideas.

Describe the benefits of working alone

You concentrate on your work and learn to measure the impact of your decisions.

What was your worst working experience?

I did not enjoy my 2008 to 2010 teaching years because I had no teaching resources like textbooks. I struggled to teach reading to pupils.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

I learnt that for me to succeed, I must have the passion for my job.

What unique skills do you have?

I am a very good teacher, trainer and counsellor.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

I want to be a trainer, counsellor or advocate for youth or women.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

I like imparting knowledge and skills to the youths and adults.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

I enjoy seeing the youths growing in wisdom.
