I want to work in any part of Zimbabwe because l am willing to develop my country as l maximise my potential. What countries have you worked in? Zimbabwe What countries do you have a visa to work in? I cannot work in any other country except for Zimbabwe. What field do you currently work in? Looking for work related learning,not yet employed. What fields have you worked in before? Worked as a primary school teacher in 2008 then was a continuity secretary for a media company in 2010. What qualifications do you hold? 6 O-level passes,3 A-level passes and Bsc honours degree in Sociology. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is more valuable because it is a starting point for everyone.Despite obstacles such as insufficient funds,it offers opportunities to everyone nomatter the age.Skills are however different because they improve with age and they usually do not mould a person's character like formal education,so for me formal education, skills later though they are very important. Describe the benefits of working with others Sharing of ideas,working at a faster rate,the yielding of better results,support of one another during trying times and formation of good working relationships. Describe the benefits of working alone Your creativity is maximised, all the products of your work are of your own abilities as a person thus getting some personal motivation, you easily recognize your strengths and weaknesses,you maximise your potential easily and you tend to work at your own pace even when working after hours is efficient for you. What was your worst working experience? I am a writer who has been writing since childhood and my worst working experience when l wrote an academic book that was published by Lambert Academic Publishing,Germany and they did not give me any sales records or readers' responses,that was bad for motivation a worker needs some monitoring and evaluation for the sake of progress. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Since l have just finished school and has not worked for a reasonable period of time,l have some experience in the field of writing.That is to work with others especially people who are more experienced,to appreciate criticism since it improves one's work but not at all times, being dedicated for the sake of progress and starting small but aiming to be bigger. What unique skills do you have? I can write anything be it fiction or non-fiction,l am not afraid to greet and talk to anyone even a stranger in the street,l am simply a go-getter who is passionate abov whatever she does. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Any job that allows me to utilize my writing skills and also development work be it journalism,research,reporting,counselling,being a cultural practitioner,motivational speaking and management. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Travelling,getting to know people of different backgrounds,helping them to help themselves and motivating them. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? At times they can be personal bias of which that can distort the products of my work but l am humane, l have feellings too though it is a must for me to forget about myself. Where do you see yourself in five years time? A successful,confident career woman who has experience in her job and tries by all means to improve the status of her workplace.l will also be having a master's degree and some proffessional courses in order to be a better employee.
