Formal education or skills and why? formal education is more valuable because knowledge is power ,education is the key to success . Having mere skill without education one is likely to misfire at some point . Describe the benefits of working with others team work is vital , a person is able to get time to rest as he or she can handover to others .everyone needs time to rest .people have different skills and knowledge ,when one works with others they are likely to come up with different ideas and quality care Describe the benefits of working alone working alone one can master his or her own ideas,knowledge without interference or possible arguments from others . One can discover missed work because when working with others , all may think something has been done by someone else ,yet all are thinking along the same lines yet nothing has been done by anyone. What was your worst working experience? when l had to resuscitate a preterm baby for some hours when our hospital mechanical ventilator broke down , whilst awaiting an ambulance to transfer the baby to another hospital. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? my career has taught me to continue working hard , ,saving lives is important .
