Bsc honours Economics (university of Zimbabwe 2006),Executive Certificate in Investments and Portfolio Management (UZ 2010),currently studying for MCOMM in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance (midlands State University)

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

formal education gives one the platform to refine and make inborn skills more appropriate for job tasks.it is a necessity because it helps in the management of skills and chanelling them in the right ways

Describe the benefits of working with others

it fosters synergy,information sharing and there is wide scope for value addition.

it encourages the development of a well rounded and multi dementional personality to the one working alone while also ensuring high concentration on the job

What was your worst working experience?

2008 was the worst working year due to the mulfunctioning of zimbabwe's macro economy,the breakdown in law and order and the uncertainty posed by the nearly cataclysmic political environment

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

P.U.S.H: Push Until Something Happen.my career has taught me that not everyone is obliged to aid progress in your field of practice,various qualities-resilience,importunity,insistence,forthrightness,candid,coolness,verve among others-have to be employed to make things go forward

research skills,monitoring and evaluation skills,analytical flair,reflexive and adaptive.computer skills,communication and social skills and leadership acumen.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

consultancy

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

people,their responses,reactions,needs,aspirations,their plight,their hunger,poverty,want,health.their efforts to pull themselves out of nature imposed quandaries.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

bureaucracy,slow pace of reforms,speed of decision making tend to be slowed down by bureacracy.

what motivates you do do your job?

when i look at God's creation,i see that it cries,groans,faints,it is burdened by manmade weights,creation has to receive its redemption through the revelation of a breed of socially sensitive reformers,of which i count myself one.
