lOOKING FOR AJOB AS ADRIVERWhat type of job are you looking for? I am looking for a job as a driver be it at an NGO company or government company but i very much prefer an NGO company. What nationality are you? I am Zimbabwean. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I speak both Shona and English perfectly well. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I look forward to work here in Zimbabwe in Harare because i am a family man. What countries have you worked in? I have only worked here in Zimbabwe at Print flow when it was still Government Printers and a little while when it became Print flow as printing technician What countries do you have a visa to work in? I do not have a visa as of now. What field do you currently work in? Right now i have been working at Zimbabwe Leaf Tobacco(Z L T) and my field of specialty is that of driving. What fields have you worked in before? Printing technician at Print flow. What qualifications do you hold? Clean class 4 Driver's license,skilled worker class 2 in printing,convention course in printing and Supervisory Management Development. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills are much more valuable because ability to professionally execute a job are determined by well defined skill and expertise.A skilled person with formal education is rather much more organized therefore a combination of both skill and formal education is excellent. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others is beneficial in the sense that it help develop your communication skills and communication is really essential in day to day business. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone help bring about total self awareness so that you may be aware of both you weakness and strength,by having increased self awareness you can then improve yourself to be a more efficient human being. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience,well,was during my last days at Print flow due to the low income and yet i was very much loyal to my job and this was worsened by the lump sum which was low and in Zimbabwean dollars. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt that it is important to accept responsibility of ones life because this is the first step in organizing ones life efficiently. What unique skills do you have? I have excellent mechanical skills due to my technical abilities so much that i can effectively fix a. car and fix any household breakages What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I love cars and being a driver will certainly satisfy my desire. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Travelling and believe me i mean it when i say driving is really fun and even the fixing of the car. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? WELL..not yet experienced that.
